Are these prices final?
For work covered by the package, yes. If your project needs extras (custom integrations, additional pages, new features), we quote those separately — and you approve them before we start.
How do payments work?
Most projects are split into 2-3 milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery). Larger projects can be split further. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't started, full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on what's been delivered. See the refund policy for details.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any point — we prorate the difference. Most clients start with a smaller plan and expand as their needs grow.
Any discounts available?
We offer 10-15% off for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under 10 employees). Ask us — happy to discuss.
What if the scope changes?
Scope changes happen. We discuss the impact (time, cost) before proceeding. No surprise charges — ever.
