Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In plain English — no lawyer-speak.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

The short version

  • We collect your name, email, and message when you contact us.
  • We use it to reply and to deliver the work you asked for.
  • We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
  • You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
  • We use cookies only for security (session tokens) — not tracking.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver work. That's:

  • Contact information — your name, email, phone number, and company name (when you submit a form).
  • Project details — anything you tell us about your requirements, timeline, or budget.
  • Basic technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected automatically by our server for security and traffic analysis.

We don't collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by our bank or payment processor.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to:

  • Reply to your enquiry or quote request.
  • Send project updates, invoices, and other documents related to work you've asked us to do.
  • Improve our website and services based on aggregate analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.).

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — specifically, a session cookie that keeps you logged into our admin panel. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools that follow you around the web. If we ever add analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), we'll update this section and require a cookie consent banner.

4. What we share

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only cases where information leaves our systems:

  • Hosting provider — our servers store the data on their infrastructure.
  • Payment processor — when you pay us, they handle the transaction securely.
  • Legal requirements — if compelled by law, we disclose what's required.

5. How we protect it

All traffic to and from this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Admin access is password-protected and session-based. Form submissions are protected against CSRF attacks. We don't guarantee absolute security — no one can — but we take it seriously and follow current best practices.

6. Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, request corrections, or request deletion. To do any of these, email info@futurztechnologies.com and we'll respond within 30 days. No forms, no hoops.

7. Third-party links

Some pages on this site link to external websites (e.g., our portfolio projects). We're not responsible for their privacy practices — check their policies before submitting personal information to them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to how we handle data, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We won't silently change things — if it affects you, it gets a new date.

9. Contact us
