1. Agreement to terms

By using futurztechnologies.com or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms. They form a legally binding agreement between you and FuturzTechnologies. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or engage our services.

2. Intellectual property

What you own

Once you've paid for a project in full, you own all deliverables: source code, designs, content, and assets created specifically for you. No license fees, no vendor lock-in.

What we keep

We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you've signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our brand, logo, and site content remain ours.

If you provide materials (logos, images, text), you confirm you own them or have permission to use them. You're responsible if we're ever challenged for using materials you supplied.

3. Your obligations

Projects move at the speed of feedback. To keep things on schedule, you agree to:

Provide content, images, logos, and access credentials when we need them
Respond to feedback requests within 3-5 business days
Confirm that any materials you provide don't infringe third-party rights
Approve deliverables in writing before work moves to the next phase

4. Payments & billing

You agree to pay the amounts specified in the project quote or invoice. Specific terms:

  • Deposits and payment schedules are detailed in each proposal.
  • Deposit refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (usually 14 days).
  • If a payment is delayed, we may pause work until the account is settled.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any purpose other than legitimate business enquiries
  • Attempt to access admin areas, private files, or other users' accounts
  • Use the site to scrape, spam, or conduct automated attacks
  • Resell or republish our content without written permission

6. Limitation of liability

Please read carefully

We work hard to deliver quality software. But we can't guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every possible use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us for the specific project in question — not to lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If we terminate due to a breach of these terms, you're still responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. If you terminate, our Refund Policy applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or from our services will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan. If you're outside Pakistan, this is standard practice for international service agreements.
